New 24hr Self-Service Customer Support Centre Open for Business

We are excited to announce that our brand new responsive Support Centre has been launched which is now optimised for all devices. We are delighted to officially announce the launch on Wednesday 11 January, 2017. The new support centre site launch is available the same URL is www.support.opticalsolutions.com.au . The support centre is initiated and managed by our team of dedicated staff.
Our goal with this new support centre is to provide our clients an easier way to upload secure file, read knowledge base article, useful information, services and solutions and also to allow the visitor to browse information based on their own choice.
Support tickets from the old system could not be imported into this new system. If you created a support account in the old system it has been removed from here. Clients have to create their account again, we have client’s previous ticket history for our reference.
